Bargiolina is a farm that grows and directly sells organic fruit
with great attention to environmental impact.
Some of the harvested fruit is transformed into juices and jams in our artisanal laboratories.
We have renovated the ancient village, creating charming apartments and rooms for
those who wish to stay in a true rural setting.
Our goal is to integrate agriculture and tourism. How? By allowing everyone to
learn about the production process of our products and have authentic agricultural experiences.
We don't just grow fruit, we cultivate experiences.
My name is Elisabetta, and I was born and raised in Turin, spending weekends and
summers of my childhood in Barge with my grandparents Chiaffredo and Caterina, both farmers. From
them, I learned that this work involves taking care of the environment you work in
and appreciating its beauty.
With a degree in Food Technologies, I started leading Bargiolina in 2015, aiming to continue and
innovate what my grandparents created. I'm not doing this alone; I'm accompanied by my father
Roberto and my husband Andrea.
Today, Bargiolina unites two synergistic aspects: agriculture and tourism. In a
region at risk of losing its agricultural traditions, we have adopted a different approach to
cultivation, practicing an AgriCulture based on two fundamental principles:
involving those who choose us and enhancing the value of the surrounding territory.
The houses of the ancient village have been renovated while respecting their
original forms: we have created four modern apartments, complete with kitchens,
and one double room.
The structure is surrounded by
greenery, orchards, and various relaxation areas to be enjoyed individually or in
groups. The breakfast, made with local products, best reflects our territory.
We cultivate varieties of apples resistant adveristies and therefore suitable for the organic method. We are proud of the Renetta Grigia di Torriana, named after the area where Bargiolina is located and where its cultivation began in the early 1900s. It is the best-known among those selected by the Slow Food association to define the "Ancient Piedmontese Apple Varieties" presidium.
Our company specializes in fruit processing. Thanks to our modern laboratories
and advanced equipment, we achieve the highest quality.
We offer our experience for third-party fruit processing.
We are certified organic by the Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification (ICEA).
Not just agriculture Enrich your time spent with family, enjoy
Bargiolina's activities for both adults and children.
New areas are ready to welcome you for intense moments of relaxation immersed in nature.

The hustle and bustle of everyday life often drags us into a whirlpool of commitments and stress, and finding a haven of peace becomes increasingly essential. But what happens when this need for shelter also involves our four-legged friends?
ContinuedToday we will dive into a fascinating journey, following the path of the apple from its harvest to the creation of an irresistible apple cider. Cider is not just a drink, but an artisanal experience that marries delicious taste with health benefits.
ContinuedIf you love home-made jams and fresh fruit juices without the addition of any additives - then you are in the right
place.
At Bargiolina there are two handicraft workshops in which we transform fruit from fresh into a product that can be
stored in vacuum cans. We have a clear objective: to use quality fruit, to follow recipes that tradition has brought us
and to make use of all the tools that technology makes available to us. All prepared with the same love as those who
make them at home for loved ones, thus allowing taste to take centre stage.
