We transform fruit within our laboratories, driven by the desire to let you savor fruit in all its forms, even showcasing fruit that cannot be sold as "fresh" due to minor aesthetic defects but is perfect for transformation.
We utilize a technology that allows us to cook fruit sous vide at low temperatures, preserving the organoleptic characteristics of the fruit.
We cold-press the apples gently, extracting only the best part of the juice.
All our transformed products do not contain thickeners or chemical additives; we safeguard the genuine taste of freshly harvested fruit.

Fruit Compotes

Our fruit compotes have a low sugar content. We use cane sugar as a sweetener in percentages ranging from 3-6%.

Sugar-Free Fruit Compotes

Our sugar-free fruit compotes are made with 100% fruit. Through the sous vide cooking method, all the natural properties of the fruit are preserved, resulting in a healthy and delicious product.

Extra Fruit Preserves

We refer to our preserves as "extra" due to their high sugar content, reaching 45 degrees Brix, achieved by using cane sugar.

The Ciders
