Our fruit compotes have a low sugar content. We use cane sugar as a sweetener in percentages ranging from 3-6%.
Our sugar-free fruit compotes are made with 100% fruit. Through the sous vide cooking method, all the natural properties of the fruit are preserved, resulting in a healthy and delicious product.
We refer to our preserves as "extra" due to their high sugar content, reaching 45 degrees Brix, achieved by using cane sugar.
