At Bargiolina there are two handicraft workshops in which we transform fruit from fresh into a product that can be stored in vacuum cans. We have a clear objective: to use quality fruit, to follow recipes that tradition has brought us and to make use of all the tools that technology makes available to us. All prepared with the same love as those who make them at home for loved ones, thus allowing taste to take centre stage.

What does it mean? Well, if you have fruit, whether you are a farm or a private individual, and you want to turn it into jam or juice, you can bring it to our workshops where we will carry out all the necessary steps to return the fruit you brought to us directly in jars.

How it works:
  1. Advice: We offer our expertise to customise your recipe, but if you have your own we will follow it. We give you advice on the characteristic the fruit should have, i.e. the parameters of sweetness, ripeness, acidity.
  2. Artisanal processing: we carry out processing using traditional but innovative methods, such as vacuum cooking, in order to preserve the taste of the fruit. We also use peeling techniques that preserve the fruit from browning caused by contact with oxygen.
  3. Packaging: at the end of the process the fruit is potted, pasteurised and labelled, ready for delivery.
